Soft Wash Roof Cleaning
The soft clean service consists of removing all growth matter using scraping techniques, our specially designed scraping tools are carefully machined to ensure they are the perfect fit to your roof tile, this ensures maximum growth is removed during the process.
Once the scrape is complete the roof is then treated which a chemical and this does 3 things.
1st – It will kill any small pieces of growth matter left behind from the scrape.
2nd – It will prevent future growth for 3-5 years depending on the environment. This is because the chemical applied kills the roots of all growth matter.
3rd – The chemical once applied will now allow your roof to go through a self-clean process, this process start from the minute the chemical is applied, and full results take up to 7 months to see. At which time the discolouration of your tiles will be gone, and you’ll be left with a clean roof.
Deep Roof Cleaning
The deep clean service is essentially a pressure wash of your roof using low pressure high temperature water to ensure the roof is not damgaged during the process, this method produces a clean roof on the day removing all growth matter, and discolouration which is caused by the algae staining. Not all roof types are suitable for a deep clean and there are many things to consider, such as the type of roof tile and overall condition of the roof.
